Tireless globe trotter, Sophie has lived and worked in four continents and has a deep knowledge of different cultures and habits. Native French and Italian speaker, Sophie is fluent in English. Sophie has a wide experience in Strategic Consulting, Communication and Marketing and has recently further developed her cultural and training background with a Master in Hospitality General Management at Bocconi Business School. Design and luxury enthusiast, she also has a long professional background as Interior Designer and Decorator. Sophie has combined her personal and professional experience and her passion for Home and hospitality to create The Most&More with the aim to open the door to the finest Italian lifestyle.

PARTNER – Head of Client and Partnership Management
After 6 years in Event Planning and Strategy Consulting in China and Italy, Mariagrazia joined The Most&More at the very beginning and kickstarted the creation of contents and experiences for our Guests. Since then, she has been working on the continuous discovery and design of innovative services, becoming the go-to person for every Guests’ needs.
Mariagrazia is today the Head of Guest Relations Management and she is also in charge of all relations and negotiations with Partners worldwide.
Passionately Italian with an international calling, she is a native Italian and Spanish speaker and fluent in English.

UK CORRESPONDENT AND CONTENT CREATOR & MANAGER
Louise is the youngest member of Mariagrazia’s team and with her fresh, international outlook she fuels innovation and positive change.
Being stationed in the UK due to her current undertaking of her Liberal Arts degree at Warwick University, she is in charge of business development and client relations for the UK and the US. She also works as The Most&More’s Content Creator and Manager, creating content across all platforms.
