Payments Terms
The rental amount shall be paid as follows:
50% of the rental amount for the booked property must be paid upon booking;
The balance must be paid within 60 days before the rental is due to commence
In the case of short notice bookings of less than 60 days before commencement of the rental, the full rental price is due immediately upon booking.
