Terms & Conditions
Payments Terms
The rental amount shall be paid as follows:
50% of the rental amount for the booked property must be paid upon booking;
The balance must be paid within 60 days before the rental is due to commence
In the case of short notice bookings of less than 60 days before commencement of the rental, the full rental price is due immediately upon booking.
Cancellation
Should the Tenant cancel the booking, the moneys already paid booking shall not be refunded. The Tenant shall also have to pay the price of any ancillary services already booked as part of the stay.
Security Deposit
The security deposit is € 7.000 for Villa Porto Felice, Villa Florence and Villa Odyssea and it is € 3.000 for Villa Artis, Villa Amabilia, Villa Limonaia, Villa Essentia and Villa Domus Olivea. The deposit shall be paid by wire transfer or credit card within 2 weeks before arrival and it will be fully refunded within 7 days after the guest’s departure, unless any balance for repair or replacement is needed.
Food&Beverage expenses deposit - when applicable
The food&beverage expenses deposit is € 500 per guest in case of 7 nights minimum stays and € 250 per guest in case of 3 nights minimum stays. The deposit must be paid in advance by wire transfer or credit; it will be used to prepare the menus chosen by Guests and it will be balanced according to further expenses made during the stay.
In-villa staff service times - when applicable
In-Villa staff’s services are available 7/7 at the following times: Breakfast: 7.30 -10 am Lunch: 12.30 – 2.30 pm Dinner: 7.30 – 9.30 pm Meal times can be re-arranged with the Chef and the Home Manager with no additional cost if the total number of hours does not vary. Snacks and aperitifs are available upon request and can be arranged directly with the Chef or the Home Manager. House Keeping: 8 hours/day for Villa Porto Felice, Villa Florence and Villa Odyssea; 4 hours/day for Villa Artis, Villa Amabilia, Villa Limonaia, Villa Essentia and Villa Domus Olivea The Staff can be available extra time at the following cost: € 100/hour for the Chef, € 60/hour for the Home Manager, € 40/hour for Housekeeping. After midnight, there will be a 50% surcharge for extra hours for each Staff Member.
Personal Laundry
Personal laundry can be done by the Staff only at the following costs:
- Hand-Washing: € 5/item + staff’s extra-time cost
- Machine–Washing + Dryer: € 25/load (max 3 Kg)
- Ironing: € 10/item + staff’s extra-time cost
Additional services
Additional services shall be paid in advance by PayPal or bank transfer at the moment of their booking.
Events
Weddings and celebrations are available upon request. 3-night minimum stay required.
Catering and planning services will be quoted according to the details of the event.
Photo shooting and filming on location
In order to shoot and/or film in the Villas, the production company shall provide a comprehensive insurance policy.
The rental amount shall be paid in full upon booking.
Any additional services provided during the production shall be billed and paid at the end of the rental.
